Cabins

The Sunset Resort has six well-maintained, exceptionally clean, fully-carpeted, housekeeping cabins. Each cabin includes: Cable TV, am/fm clock radio, fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator with top freezer, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils, silverware and more.

All six cabins have comfortable full size beds in each bedroom (mattress pads, blankets, bedspreads and pillows are provided). The comfortable living area includes a sleeper sofa (double bed) and a kitchen table. Each cabin has a private bathroom with shower. Outside each cabin is a gas barbeque grill and picnic table.

Lodge Rooms

The Sunset Resort has six lodge rooms available for rent. Rooms have a queen size bed or 2 twin beads. Please review the Cabins and Lodge Rooms section to get all the details. Each lodge room is located on the second floor of the lodge with a private staircase. These rooms are available at discounted weekly rates when used as "extra guest" space with your cabin rental.

Sun Porch and Game Room

A game room is located on the main floor of the lodge. The game room offers a variety of video games, foosball, air hockey, darts and more. Enjoy the games provided by the resort, or simply relax and play a game of cards or watch TV. Along side the game room is a beautiful sun porch with relaxing furniture and tables for games. Complimentary coffee and tea are served in the morning during the summer on the sun porch. This is a great place to gather on a rainy day.

Playground

The playground offers a variety of opportunities for the kids and kids at heart. Play on the play set, swing on the swings, play tether ball, volley ball, or basketball. You and your kids will have hours of fun on our playground.

Laundry

Sunset Resort has a beautiful coin operated laundry located on the property for the convenience of our guests. This laundry facility is very clean and has everything you need for cleaning your clothes. There are oversized wash machines and dryers for the larger items. If you need laundry detergent or fabric softener there is a vending machine with laundry products available. The laundry has a change machine so you don't need a pocket full of change to clean your clothes.

Office Store

Forget something? The office store has a number of convenience items available such as shampoo, shaving cream, sunscreen, batteries, and more. We also have some souvenir items to remember your stay at the resort. Stop in and look around. If we don't have it we will get or find it for you.
