Lodge Room Rates

Lodge Rooms are rented by the night all year round.  If you are looking for a great getaway at a reasonable price, the Sunset Resort is your place.

Lodge Room Nightly Rentals

All Rooms:  $65 Per Night (maximum two person occupancy)

3-Night Getaway Package:  $180

7-Night Vacation Package: $390

Discount Rate Special for Cabin Renters:  If you rent a cabin for a full week, lodge guest rooms are available for $50.00 per night for the same week. 

To guarantee your room a reservation is recommended and a deposit of $25 per night is required.

If we are able to re-rent your lodge room, we will apply the retained deposit on another new rental for you at a later date within that same calendar year.

 * Michigan State Use Tax of 6 % and Houghton Lake Area Tourism Tax of 2% must be added to all rates *
